पीएसयू बैंकों की परफॉर्मेंस के आधार पर रैंकिंग

अब पीएसयू बैंकों को सरकार से पैसे चाहिए तो उन्हें ग्राहकों का खास ख्याल रखना होगा। बैंकों को अनाप-शनाप खर्चे बंद करने होंगे और रेवड़ियों की तरह कर्ज बांटने से परहेज करना होगा क्योंकि सरकार ने बैंकों की रैंकिंग तैयार करने का फैसला किया है। अब ई यानि एन्हैंस्ड, ए यानि एक्सेस, एस यानि सर्विस और ई यानि एक्सिलेंस बैंकों की रैंकिंग का आधार बनेगा।

अब ग्राहकों का खास ख्याल रखते हुए हर साल बैंकों की रैंकिंग होगी। रैंकिंग करते समय शिकायतों के निपटारे की सुविधा, खाता खोलने के की सरलता को ध्यान में रखा जाएगा। 5 किलोमीटर के दायरे में बैंक ब्रांच खोलने पर जोर होने के साथ ही बैंकों को छोटे उद्यमियों को 15 दिन में लोन देना होगा। एनपीए से निपटने के लिए स्ट्रेस एसेट मैनेजमेंट वर्टिकल के तहत अब बैंकों को पूरी छानबीन के बाद कॉरपोरेट्स को कर्ज देना होगा। 250 करोड़ से ज्यादा के लोन देने के बाद फॉलोअप जरूरी होगा। इस पर एक एजेंसी के जरिए लगातार नजर रखी जाएगी। कॉरपोरेट्स को कर्ज के मामले में बैंक कंसोर्शियम में हर बैंक कम से कम 10 फीसदी कर्ज देगा।

बैंकों ने रीकैपिटलाइजेशन के रोडमैप का स्वागत किया है। आईसीआईसीआई बैंक की एमडी चंदा कोचर ने सरकार के कदम की तारीफ करते हुए कहा कि बैंकों की हालत सुधारने के लिए ये सरकार का काफी अहम कदम है। रीकैप बॉन्ड का एलान काफी अच्छा कदम है, 31 मार्च तक दिया गया समय सही है। नई गाइडलाइंस बैंकिंग सेक्टर के लिए अच्छी है।

Today's Stock Market Trading Tips-Midcap outperforms Sensex; Nifty choppy, PSU Bank index dips 2%

Equity benchmarks continued to consolidate in opening on Thursday, ahead of expiry of January futures and options contracts.

The 30-share BSE Sensex was down 12.03 points at 36,149.61 and the 50-share NSE Nifty fell 4.30 points to 11,081.70.

The market breadth was balanced as about 683 shares declined against 602 advancing shares on the BSE.

After PSU banks' recapitalisation amount announcement, SBI, PNB and Bank of Baroda were down 1-3 percent. However, IDBI Bank, Bank of India, UCO Bank, Central Bank of India, IOB, Union Bank, OBC, United Bank, Syndicate Bank, Bank of Maharashtra, Dena Bank and Corporation Bank rallied 2-10 percent.

L&T Infotech, Bharat Bijlee, Everest Industries and KEI Industries rallied post earnings. Biocon lost 4.5 percent after bad earnings.
