सेंसेक्स 160 अंक ऊपर, निफ्टी 10,910 के आसपास
दिसंबर सीरीज की शुरुआत पर ग्लोबल संकेत कमजोर दिख रहे हैं। एशिया में आज मिलाजुला कारोबार हो रहा है लेकिन एसजीएक्स निफ्टी में हल्की बढ़त कायम है। उधर कल के कारोबार में अमेरिकी बाजार में 3 दिन की तेजी पर ब्रेक लग गया और डाओ 27 अंक गिरकर बंद हुआ। कल यूएस मार्केट हल्की गिरावट के साथ बंद हुए। चीन पर ट्रंप के बयान से ट्रेड डील पर अनिश्चतता बनी हुई है। ट्रंप ने कहा है कि चीन के साथ डील होने की पूरी संभावना है। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि वे नहीं जानते कि चीन के साथ वे कैसा डील चाहते हैं। इन संकेतों के बीच आज भारतीय बाजारों की शुरुआत तेजी के साथ हुई है।
शुरुआती कारोबार में सेंसेक्स और निफ्टी की चाल में तेजी नजर आ रही है। निफ्टी 10910 के आसपास नजर आ रहा है, जबकि सेंसेक्स 36330 के आसपास दिखाई दे रहा है। बाजार में आज दिग्गज शेयरों के साथ ही स्मॉलकैप शेयरों में भी जोश नजर आ रहा है। मिडकैप शेयरों में भी आज खरीदारी दिख रही है। बीएसई का स्मॉलकैप इंडेक्स 0.16 फीसदी से ज्यादा बढ़कर 14375 के ऊपर पहुंच गया है। वहीं बीएसई का मिडकैप इंडेक्स 0.33 फीसदी बढ़कर कारोबार कर रहा है।
फिलहाल बीएसई का 30 शेयरों वाला प्रमुख इंडेक्स सेंसेक्स 160 अंक यानि 0.44 फीसदी की बढ़त के साथ 36330 के स्तर पर कारोबार कर रहा है। वहीं एनएसई का 50 शेयरों वाला प्रमुख इंडेक्स निफ्टी 48.45 अंक की बढ़त के साथ 10,910 के स्तर के करीब कारोबार कर रहा है।

Stock Market Trading Tips-Sensex opens over 100 points higher, Nifty clocks 10,900; Tata Motors down 3.5%
Market Update Equities have further extended their gains, with the Sensex soaring over 170 points. The Nifty is well above 10,900.
The Sensex is up 173.31 points or 0.48% at 36343.72, and the Nifty up 53.20 points or 0.49% at 10911.90. The market breadth is positive as 893 shares advanced, against a decline of 433 shares, while 61 shares were unchanged.
Market opens It’s a good start to the December series for Nifty, opening just short of 10,900, while the Sensex is higher by over 130 points.
Consumption, IT and energy stocks are in the green, while the Nifty Auto index is showing some negative bias. In the broader market, the Nifty Midcap index is up one-third of a percent.

Nifty
rallied over 1 per cent on Thursday on the expiry of November-series futures
and options (F&O) contracts, led by a sharp gain in rupee and buying in
financial counters. That apart, positive global cues buoyed by US Federal Reserve
Chairman Jerome Powell's speech which suggested that the US rate hikes will be
gradual, boosted the sentiment further.

Bank Nifty Outlook:-
Bank Nifty
surged 481 points in the last hour of trade on Thursday. The index rose 1.8%
led by Kotak Mahindra Bank, Federal Bank, IndusInd Bank, and HDFC Bank. Meanwhile,
Nifty PSU Bank also advanced as the government will infuse Rs 42,000cr in
state-owned banks by end of March 2019, with the next tranche likely to be
released as early as December 2018, as per PTI. Earlier this year, the
government infused Rs11,336cr in five PSBs: PNB, Allahabad Bank, Indian
Overseas Bank, Andhra Bank, and Corporation Bank, to enhance their financial
health.

Shares of
Adani Enterprises have moved higher by 8% to Rs 170 on BSE on back of heavy
volumes after the company said it will fund the entire cost of its
controversial Queensland coal mine and rail project in Australia. “Adani
Mining's Carmichael mine and rail project will be 100% financed through the
Adani Group's resources, Adani Mining CEO Lucas Dow announced in Central
Queensland today,” Adani Enterprises said in a press release

plunging to a fresh 32-month low of Rs 147 apiece on BSE, the stock of YES Bank
staged a recovery towards the end of the trading session on Thursday to settle
at Rs 160.45, down 0.77 per cent. During the day, shares of the private sector
lender continued to remain under pressure on the BSE in an otherwise firm
market, after rating agencies downgraded the bank’s rating.

Shares of
fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) major Hindustan Unilever (HUL) were up 2% at
Rs 1,777 per share, rising 14% in the past one month, on expectations of better
volume growth/margin delivery against its peers. The stock was trading near its
record high level of Rs 1,808 touched on August 20, 2018, on the BSE in
intra-day trade.

hotel companies Hotel Leela, Kamat Hotels, Sayaji Hotels, TajGVK and Oriental
Hotels rallied up to 20 per cent on BSE in the intra-day trade on Thursday, on
expectations of robust growth in the coming years.

जेट एयरवेज ने एक्सचेंजों को सफाई दी है जिसमें कहा गया है कि नरेश गोयल के हिस्सा बेचने पर कोई चर्चा या फैसला नहीं हुआ है। नरेश गोयल की हिस्सेदारी बेचने की खबरें महज कयास हैं।
यस बैंक पर इक्रा
इक्रा ने यस बैंक के बॉन्ड को डाउनग्रेड किया है। इक्रा ने यस बैंक के टियर-2 बॉन्ड की रेटिंग AA+ से घटाकर AA की है। वहीं यस बैंक के 7030 करोड़ रुपये के इंफ्रा बॉन्ड की रेटिंग AA से घटाकर AA- की गई है। इक्रा का कहना है कि बैंक बोर्ड से इस्तीफों से कॉरपोरेट गवर्नेंस की चिंताएं बढ़ीं है। इस्तीफों की वजह से पूंजी जुटाने में दिक्कत संभव है। एसेट क्वालिटी सुधरी तो वॉच यस बैंक लिस्ट से हट सकता है।

इंडियाबुल्स वेंचर्स खबरों में है। कंपनी के प्रोमोटर समीर गहलोत ने ओपन मार्केट से 3.11 लाख शेयर खरीदे हैं।

मवाना शुगर कर्ज चुकाएगी, कंपनी के बोर्ड ने 146 करोड़ रुपये के सॉफ्ट लोन के इस्तेमाल की मंजूरी दे दी है। सॉफ्ट लोन की रकम किसानों का बकाया चुकाने में इस्तेमाल होगी। कंपनी सॉफ्ट लोन पर 5 फीसदी का ब्याज चुकाएगी।

कंपनी ने एक पुराना जहाज 28.54 करोड़ रुपये में बेचा है। रकम का इस्तेमाल कर्ज चुकाने में होगा।

Today's Stock Market Updates-Nifty above 10,800 on F&O expiry day, Sensex up around 300 points; metals rally
Market opens It’s a gap-up opening for the market on Thursday morning, with the Nifty hitting 10,800. The Sensex is up around 270 points.
Among sectors, banks, autos, consumption, and metals traded in the green. The Nifty Midcap index is up over half a percent.
The Sensex is up 269.12 points or 0.75% at 35986.07, while the Nifty is higher by 67.10 points or 0.63% at 10796.00. The market breadth is positive as 323 shares advanced, against a decline of 76 shares, while 16 shares were unchanged.
Bharti Airtel, Vedanta, and HPCL are the top gainers, while Yes Bank is the sole loser among both indices.

कमोडिटी मार्केट: सोना लुढ़का, क्या हो रणनीति
कमोडिटी बाजार की बात करें तो घरेलू बाजार में सोना 2 महीने के निचले स्तर पर लुढ़क गया है। ग्लोबल मार्केट में सुस्ती और रुपए में मजबूती से घरेलू कीमतों पर दोहरी मार पड़ी है। हालांकि इस हफ्ते जी20 की बैठक है और अगले महीने अमेरिका में ब्याज दरें बढ़ने की उम्मीद है। उधर कच्चे तेल में तेजी आई है और घरेलू बाजार में इसका दाम करीब 1.5 फीसदी उछल गया है। दरअसल अगले हफ्ते ओपेक बैठक है और वहां उत्पादन में कटौती की संभावना जताई जा रही है। वहीं नैचुरल गैस का दाम 1 फीसदी गिर गया है। बेस मेटल में आज जोरदार तेजी आई है। निकेल का दाम करीब 1 फीसदी उछल गया है। लेड और कॉपर में भी बढ़त पर कारोबार हो रहा है।
एग्री पर बात करें तो मंडी कानून में बदलाव के विरोध में मुंबई एपीएमसी के सभी कारोबारी अनिश्चित कालीन हड़ताल पर चले गए हैं। कारोबारियों ने सरकार पर भेदभाव का आरोप लगाया है। कल कमिटी की अहम बैठक के बाद उन्होंने ये फैसला लिया। नए कानून में कारोबार से सेस हटाने की मांग की जा रही है। बता दें कि सरकार ने सिर्फ फल सब्जियों को सेस से राहत दी थी। मांगे नहीं मानने पर कारोबारी ने पूरे राज्य में हड़ताल की चेतावनी दी है। हालांकि इस बीच राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस ने भरोसा दिया है कि इस बिल को अभी ज्वाइंट सेलेक्ट कमिटी को भेजा जाएगा।

Stock Market Tips-Indices extend gains with Nifty at 10,750, Sensex up 270 points; Rupee trades higher

YES BANK DROPS Yes Bank shares dropped as much as 5 percent in morning on Wednesday after Moody's Investors Service downgraded lender's foreign currency issuer ratings with changing outlook to negative. It was an addition to 2.5 percent correction in previous session.
Global brokerage house UBS has maintained its sell rating on the stock with a price target at Rs 150, implying 18 percent potential downside.
The research house believes non-performing loans (NPL) recognition has yet to take place and is not fully priced in. It also believes the risk-reward is still unfavourable.
