1.     Yes Bank stock in focus today. OP Bhatt resigns from his CEO search panel citing conflict of interest.
2.     Infosys said on Thursday it appointed Deputy Chief Financial Officer Jayesh Sanghrajka as the interim finance head, effective from November 17. Current CFO MD Ranganath will step down on November 16 and board is in the process of selecting the next CFO.


3.     Venus Remedies announced positive top-line results in the Phase-3 clinical trials for its flagship product Elores.
4.     Gujarat Fluorochemicals board approved a proposal to demerge chemical business of the company. The consideration for the resulting company will be 1:1.
5.     SRF extends capex estimates from Rs 180 crore to Rs 257 crore for enhancement and integration of agrochemical plant in Gujarat.
6.     Punjab & Sind Bank revises MCLR across various tenors with effect from November 16. Overnight MCLR at percent and one-year MCLR at 8.8%.
7.     Lemon Tree signs license agreement for a 76-room property in Odisha. The hotel will be operational by March 2020.
8.     Shares of Jet Airways are up by 4% on reports that the Tata-Jet Deal is at an advanced stage. As per media sources, Tata Sons Chairman N Chandrasekaran is in favor of the deal, however, Ratan Tata has some reservations.
9.     Kotak Mahindra Bank stock in focus today as ING Group seeks to sell its entire 3.7% stake in the bank via block deals.
10.                       NHPC Board approved share buy-back of 21.4cr shares, representing 2.09% of equity capital at Rs28 per share aggregating to Rs600cr. The record date set for buy-back is November 30.
