ओएनजीसी

वित्त वर्ष 2019 की चौथी तिमाही में ओएनजीसी का मुनाफा 51 फीसदी घटकर 4,044.6 करोड़ रुपये रहा है। वित्त वर्ष 2019 की तीसरी तिमाही में ओएनजीसी का मुनाफा 8,262.7 करोड़ रुपये रहा था।

वित्त वर्ष 2019 की चौथी तिमाही में ओएनजीसी की आय 3.4 फीसदी घटकर 26,758.5 करोड़ रुपये रही है। वित्त वर्ष 2019 की तीसरी तिमाही में ओएनजीसी की आय 27,694 करोड़ रुपये रही थी।

तिमाही आधार पर कंपनी का एबिटडा 16,570.8 करोड़ रुपये से घटकर 12,371 करोड़ रुपये और एबिटडा मार्जिन 60 फीसदी से घटकर 46 फीसदी रहा है।

कोल इंडिया

वित्त वर्ष 2019 की चौथी तिमाही में कोल इंडिया का मुनाफा 6,024.2  करोड़ रुपये रहा है। वित्त वर्ष 2018 की चौथी तिमाही में कोल इंडिया का मुनाफा 1,302.6  करोड़ रुपये रहा था।

वित्त वर्ष 2019 की चौथी तिमाही में कोल इंडिया की आय 7.5 फीसदी बढ़कर 28,546.3 करोड़ रुपये रही है। वित्त वर्ष 2018 की चौथी तिमाही में कोल इंडिया की आय 26,547 करोड़ रुपये रही थी।

सालाना आधार पर कंपनी का एबिटडा 193.2 करोड़ रुपये से बढ़कर 8,212.3 करोड़ रुपये और एबिटडा मार्जिन 0.7 फीसदी से बढ़कर 28.8 फीसदी रहा है।

आईडीबीआई बैंक

वित्त वर्ष 2019 की चौथी तिमाही में आईडीबीआई बैंक को 4,918.4 करोड़ रुपये का घाटा हुआ है। वित्त वर्ष 2018 की चौथी तिमाही में आईडीबीआई बैंक को 5,662.8 करोड़ रुपये का घाटा हुआ था।

वर्ष 2019 की चौथी तिमाही में आईडीबीआई बैंक की ब्याज आय 75.7 फीसदी बढ़कर 1,609 करोड़ रुपये रही है। वर्ष 2014 की चौथी तिमाही में आईडीबीआई बैंक की ब्याज आय 915.7 करोड़ रुपये रही थी।

तिमाही आधार पर चौथी तिमाही में आईडीबीआई बैंक का ग्रॉस एनपीए 29.67 फीसदी से घटकर 27.47 फीसदी रहा है जबकि नेट एनपीए 14.01 फीसदी से घटकर 10.11 फीसदी रहा है।

रुपये में देखें तो तिमाही आधार पर चौथी तिमाही में आईडीबीआई बैंक का ग्रॉस एनपीए 55,360.4 करोड़ रुपये से घटकर 50,027.9 करोड़ रुपये रहा है जबकि नेट एनपीए 21,360.5 करोड़ रुपये से घटकर 14,837.4 करोड़ रुपये रहा है।

तिमाही आधार पर तीसरी तिमाही में आईडीबीआई बैंक की प्रॉविजनिंग 6,530.7 करोड़ रुपये से बढ़कर 8,532.8 करोड़ रुपये रही है। वहीं, सालाना आधार पर देखें तो आईडीबीआई बैंक की प्रॉविजनिंग 10,545.7 करोड़ रुपये से घटकर 8,532.8 करोड़ रुपये रही है।

जैन इरीगेशन

वित्त वर्ष 2019 की चौथी तिमाही में जैन इरीगेशन का मुनाफा 39.5 फीसदी घटकर 56.1 करोड़ रुपये रहा है। वित्त वर्ष 2018 की चौथी तिमाही में जैन इरीगेशन का मुनाफा 92.7 करोड़ रुपये रहा था।

वित्त वर्ष 2019 की चौथी तिमाही में जैन इरीगेशन की आय 6 फीसदी घटकर 2,583.1 करोड़ रुपये रही है। वित्त वर्ष 2018 की चौथी तिमाही में जैन इरीगेशन की आय 2,747.8 करोड़ रुपये रही थी।

केएनआर कंस्ट्रक्शंस

वित्त वर्ष 2019 की चौथी तिमाही में केएनआर कंस्ट्रक्शंस का मुनाफा 15.6 फीसदी बढ़कर 92.1 करोड़ रुपये रहा है। वित्त वर्ष 2018 की चौथी तिमाही में केएनआर कंस्ट्रक्शंस का मुनाफा 79.7 करोड़ रुपये रहा था।

वित्त वर्ष 2019 की चौथी तिमाही में केएनआर कंस्ट्रक्शंस की आय 14.6 फीसदी बढ़कर 715.7 करोड़ रुपये रही है। वित्त वर्ष 2018 की चौथी तिमाही में केएनआर कंस्ट्रक्शंस की आय 624.4 करोड़ रुपये रही थी।

कच्चे तेल में तेज गिरावट

कच्चे तेल की कीमतों में 4 फीसदी की भारी गिरावट देखने को मिली है। ट्रेड टेंशन से क्रूड डिमांड उम्मीद से कम बढ़ने की है आशंका, ब्रेंट का भाव 66 डॉलर के नीचे फिसल गया है। क्रूड में गिरावट से OMC और पेंट कंपनियों में एक्शन देखने को मिल सकता।

टेक्सटाइल इंडस्ट्री को बड़ी टैक्स राहत मिल सकती है। कपड़ा मंत्री स्मृति ईरानी ने कहा है कि एक्सपोर्ट पर हर तरह की ड्यूटी खत्म करने की योजना है। टेक्सटाइल इंडस्ट्री को बढ़ावा देने के लिए खास नीति तैयार की जा रही है। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि ये सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा कि टैक्सटाइल एक्सपोर्ट पर कोई ड्यूटी नहीं लगे टैक्सटाइल सेक्टर में अलग-अलग ड्यूटी को पूरी तरह रिफंड करने पर विचार किया जा रहा है। घरेलू टैक्सटाइल इंडस्ट्री के लिए भी खास कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं। भारत में खपत के हिसाब से घरेलू टैक्सटाइल इंडस्ट्री के लिए खास नीतिगत फैसले लिए जाएंगे।

कोटक बैंक

प्रोमोटर होल्डिंग घटाने पर कोटक बैंक अदालत के बाहर समझौता कर सकता है। सूत्रों के मुताबिक रिजर्व बैंक से समझौते पर बातचीत जारी है। बता दें कि उदय कोटक को 31 दिसंबर तक हिस्सेदारी घटानी थी।

ग्लास इंडस्ट्री

मलेशियन ग्लास पर 114.58 डॉलर प्रति टन की दर से एंटी डंपिंग ड्यूटी लग सकती है। डीजीटीआर यानि डायरेक्ट्रेड जनरल ऑफ ट्रेड रेमेडीज ने एंटी डंपिंग ड्यूटी लगाने की सिफारिश की है।

प्रभात डेयरी कारोबार बेचेगी। कंपनी ने अपना डेयरी कारोबार 1700 करोड़ रुपये में बेचने के लिए फ्रांस की लेक्टिल्स के साथ करार किया है। कंपनी बिक्री की रकम का बड़ा हिस्सा शेयरहोल्डर्स से बांटेगी। कंपनी अब पशु चारा कारोबार पर जोर देगी।

1.     Shares of NDTV was locked in the upper circuit of 10% at Rs 39.25 on the BSE, with only buyers being seen on the counter, after the company and Taboola, the world’s largest content discovery/ platform, signed a five-year exclusive deal worth more than Rs 3 billion. 

2.     Shares of information technology (IT) companies were under pressure on Friday with the Nifty IT index falling over 1 per cent and extending its decline into the fourth straight day, after the US indices extended falls as sentiment remained fragile. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys, Wipro, NIIT Technologies, Larsen & Toubro Infotech, KPIT Technologies, Tata Elxsi and Sonata Software were down between 1% to 2% on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

3.     Shares of public sector undertaking (PSU) banks gained up to 4% on the BSE on Friday in otherwise subdued market in intra-day trade, after Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Thursday said that government will infuse Rs 830 billion in public sector banks in the remaining months of the current fiscal (2018-19). Central Bank of India, United Bank of India, Punjab National Bank (PNB), Syndicate Bank, Allahabad Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Union Bank of India, Dena Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Corporation Bank, Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank and Andhra Bank were up in the range of 1% to 4%.

4.     Shares of Bata India hit a new high of Rs 1,135, up 3% on the BSE in intra-day trade on Friday in otherwise weak market, surpassing its previous high of Rs 1,128 recorded on Wednesday. Thus far in calendar year 2018, the stock of footwear outperformed the market by surging 52% from Rs 747 level, as compared to 5% rise in the S&P BSE Sensex.

5.     State-owned Oriental Bank of Commerce will issue up to 5 crore new equity shares to its employees under the employee stock purchase scheme (ESPS). The bank received the approval of shareholders at its extra-ordinary general meeting held on December 21, it said in a regulatory filing. 7.     Shares of Fortis Healthcare fell as much as 14 per cent to Rs 130 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) in the intra-day trade after the Supreme Court put company's sale to IHH on hold. Earlier, the Malaysian firm IHH Healthcare Berhad made an open offer to acquire additional 26 per cent stake in Fortis Healthcare which was scheduled to commence on December 18 and close on January 1, 2019, as per the regulatory filing.

1.     FMCG major Nestle India reported a 29.99 percent increase in net profit to Rs 446.11 crore for the third quarter ended September 2018, supported by broad-based volume growth. The company, which follows the January-December financial year, had posted a net profit of Rs 343.17 crore for the July-September period of the previous fiscal.

2.     Country's largest private sector lender ICICI Bank's second quarter profit fell sharply by 55.84 percent to Rs 908.88 crore compared to the year-ago period. Elevated provisions and high treasury base hit the bottom line.Net interest income, the difference between interest earned and expended, grew 12.41 percent on year to Rs 6,417.6 crore with good loan growth of 12.8 percent YoY and margin improvement.

3.     State-owned Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) on Friday reported narrowing of its net loss to Rs 487.26 crore in the second quarter ended September 2018 on lower provisioning. The bank had registered a net loss of Rs 1,222.50 crore in the year-ago period. Sequentially also, its net loss narrowed from Rs 919.44 crore in the first quarter ended June of the current fiscal.

4.     Jindal Stainless Ltd (JSL) reported a standalone loss of Rs 36.44 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2018. The company had posted a profit of Rs 27.30 crore in the year-ago period.

5.     Retail chain Shoppers Stop reported a standalone net profit of Rs 13.20 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2018. The company had posted a net loss of Rs 21.80 crore in the July-September period a year ago.
