डॉ रेड्डीज अमेरिका में सुबोक्सोन का जेनरिक वर्जन बेचेगी। यूएस कोर्ट ने डॉ रेड्डीज को जेनरिक वर्जन बेचने की इजाजत दी है। इस खबर के बाद कल डॉ रेड्डीज का एडीआर 4 फीसदी तक उछला था। अमेरिका में सुबोक्सोन का मार्केट साइज 75 करोड़ डॉलर का है। सुबोक्सोन का इस्तेमाल ड्रग एडिक्शन के इलाज में होता है।

यस बैंक

राणा कपूर, मधु कपूर में आपसी सुलह की कोशिश की खबर है। प्रोमोटर बोर्ड के साथ बेहतर तालमेल की कोशिश में हैं। वहीं ये भी कहा जा रहा है कि हाल के इस्तीफों से एमडी और सीईओ के चुनाव पर असर नहीं होगा। 12 दिसंबर को सेलेक्शन कमिटी की बैठक है। इस बीच उत्तम प्रकाश अग्रवाल यस बैंक बोर्ड में शामिल हुए हैं जिन्होंने वसंत गुजराती की जगह ली है। 13 दिसंबर को यस बैंक बोर्ड की बैठक है।

बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा

बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा ने सीसीआईएल में 4 फीसदी हिस्सा एचडीएफसी बैंक को बेच दिया है। बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा ने एचडीएफसी बैंक को 124 करोड़ रुपये में 4 फीसदी हिस्सा बेचा है। साथ ही बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा ने 4,200 करोड़ रुपये के 35 एनपीए बेचने के लिए बोली मंगाई है।

इंडियाबुल्स हाउसिंग फाइनेंस

लिक्विडिटी संकट शुरू होने के बाद इंडियाबुल्स हाउसिंग फाइनेंस ने 23,615 करोड़ रुपये जुटाए हैं। इंडियाबुल्स हाउसिंग फाइनेंस ने 32 फाइनेंशियल इंस्टिट्यूशंस से रकम जुटाई है।

Stock Market Trading Tips-Nifty manages to hold 10,200, Sensex down 100 pts; OMCs under pressure

Benchmark indices open lower on Tuesday with Sensex is down over 100 points, while Nifty is holding above 10,200.

At 09:16 hrs IST, the Sensex is down 103.45 points or 0.30% at 33963.95, and the Nifty down 39.40 points or 0.38% at 10211.50.

Tata Motors, Hindalco, Gail, Yes Bank, HCl Tech, IndusInd Bank, Asia, Paints are the major gainers on the indices. Oil marketing companies HPCL, BPCl, IOC are trading lower by 1-3 percent.

After years of global success, Reliance Industries faces oil shock at home

RelianceNSE 2.58 % Industries , currently India's second most valuable listed company, got rich by trading fuel across Asia, Africa and Europe while effectively ignoring its home market.

Reliance's refineries processed crude from the nearby Middle East and sold fuel to fast-growing markets in North Asia including China, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.

That began to change when India's oilNSE -0.02 % demand surged, overtaking Japan as the world's third-biggest consumer. Reliance took more interest in the country's retail fuel sector and has opened more than 1,300 service stations.

This push into the domestic fuel market may stumble after India's government imposed cost controls on Oct. 4 on gasoline and diesel prices to rein in recent record highs.

1.     FMCG major Nestle India reported a 29.99 percent increase in net profit to Rs 446.11 crore for the third quarter ended September 2018, supported by broad-based volume growth. The company, which follows the January-December financial year, had posted a net profit of Rs 343.17 crore for the July-September period of the previous fiscal.

2.     Country's largest private sector lender ICICI Bank's second quarter profit fell sharply by 55.84 percent to Rs 908.88 crore compared to the year-ago period. Elevated provisions and high treasury base hit the bottom line.Net interest income, the difference between interest earned and expended, grew 12.41 percent on year to Rs 6,417.6 crore with good loan growth of 12.8 percent YoY and margin improvement.

3.     State-owned Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) on Friday reported narrowing of its net loss to Rs 487.26 crore in the second quarter ended September 2018 on lower provisioning. The bank had registered a net loss of Rs 1,222.50 crore in the year-ago period. Sequentially also, its net loss narrowed from Rs 919.44 crore in the first quarter ended June of the current fiscal.

4.     Jindal Stainless Ltd (JSL) reported a standalone loss of Rs 36.44 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2018. The company had posted a profit of Rs 27.30 crore in the year-ago period.

5.     Retail chain Shoppers Stop reported a standalone net profit of Rs 13.20 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2018. The company had posted a net loss of Rs 21.80 crore in the July-September period a year ago.

Stock Market Trading Tips-Sharp sell-off drags Sensex by 300 points, Nifty around 10,200; all sectors in the red

Selloff has intensified on the market, with the Sensex falling over 300 points. The Nifty is down over 100 points and is around 10,200-mark. 

The Sensex is down 328.9 points or 0.9% at 34048, while the Nifty is lower by 107 points or 1% at 10209.5. The market breadth is negative as 459 shares advanced, against a decline of 1,073 shares, while 1,739 shares were unchanged.

All sectoral indices are trading in the red, with metals, pharmaceuticals, auto, FMCG and infra seeing a lot of pain.  The Nifty Midcap is also down over 1.5 percent.

ब्रेंट क्रूड का भाव 86 डॉलर प्रति बैरल के पार पहुंच गया है। सप्लाई की चिंताओं से कच्चा तेल उछला है। तेल मार्केटिंग कंपनियों पर दबाव की आशंका है। साथ ही टायर और पेंट कंपनियों पर भी दबाव संभव है। एविएशन सेक्टर पर भी दबाव बढ़ेगा।

वहीं कमजोर रुपये और महंगे क्रूड के चलते ईसीबी नियमों में ढील दी गई है। आरबीआई ने 1,000 करोड़ डॉलर जुटाने को मंजूरी दी है। तेल कंपनियों 3-5 साल के लिए पैसा जुटा पाएंगी और रकम का इस्तेमाल वर्किंग कैपिटल की जरूरत के लिए किया जा सकेगा।

आईएलएंडएफएस

आज आईएलएंडएफएस बोर्ड की बैठक होने वाली है। आरबीआई और सेबी से नए बोर्ड को मंजूरी का इंतजार है। वहीं एनएचएआई और सिडबी को आईएलएंडएफएस की मदद के लिए कहा जा सकता है। कर्ज रीस्ट्रक्चरिंग के लिए आईएलएंडएफएस को मदद संभव है। एसएफआईओ की जांच रिपोर्ट 1 महीने में आने की संभावना है।

श्रीराम ट्रांसपोर्ट

श्रीराम ट्रांसपोर्ट ने एसवीएल के एनसीडी के लिए दी गई गारंटी वापस ले ली है। एसवीएल के 650 करोड़ रुपये के एनसीडी के लिए गारंटी दी थी। श्रीराम ट्रांसपोर्ट ने 30 जून 2015 में कॉरपोरेट गारंटी दी थी।

सीमेंस

टाटा और सीमेंस कंसोर्शियम ने पुणे मेट्रो की बोली जीती है।

एलएंडटी

एलएडटी हाइड्रोकार्बन कंसोर्शियम को ओएनजीसी से 11,740 करोड़ रुपये का कॉन्ट्रैक्ट मिला है।

एनएलसी इंडिया

एनएलसी इंडिया का बोर्ड शेयर बायबैक पर 9 अक्टूबर को विचार करेगा।

जीएमआर इंफ्रा

मूडीज ने जीएमआर हैदराबाद इंटरनेशनल एयरपोर्ट की रेटिंग घटा दी है। हैदराबाद इंटरनेशनल एयरपोर्ट की रेटिंग घटाकर निगेटिव की गई है।
