आइडिया और वोडाफोन के लिए राहत की खबर
आइडिया सेल्युलर और वोडाफोन मर्जर की एक और रुकावट दूर होने वाली है। सीएनबीसी-आवाज़ को मिली एक्सक्लूसिव जानकारी के मुताबिक बैंक गारंटी को लेकर सरकार आइडिया सेल्युलर और वोडाफोन को बड़ी राहत दे सकती है। अब दोनों को अलग-अलग बैंक गारंटी नहीं देनी होगी। सिर्फ आइडिया सेल्युलर को बैंक गारंटी देनी होगी। आइडिया सेल्युलर को 2,100 करोड़ रुपये की बैंक गारंटी चुकानी होगी। वहीं, अगर दोनों कंपनियों को गारंटी देनी होती तो रकम 10,000 करोड़ रुपये होती। टेलीकॉम विभाग 7-10 दिन में बैंक गारंटी की मांग कर सकता है। बैंक गारंटी देने के बाद डील को मंजूरी मिल जाएगी। गौरतलब है कि दोनों कंपनियों को एफडीआई बढ़ाने की मंजूरी पहले ही मिल चुकी है। पिछले बुधवार को दोनों कंपनियों ने विलय के लिए दूरसंचार विभाग में आवेदन किया था।

Today's Stock Market Trading Tips-Sensex dips 200 pts amid political turmoil in Italy
The market remained under pressure, tracking correction in global peers on worries over Eurozone break-up risk due to political turmoil in Italy.
The 30-share BSE Sensex fell 161.53 points to 34,787.71 and the 50-share NSE Nifty declined 56.20 points to 10,577.10 while all sectoral indices are in the red.
The market extended previous day's losses with the Sensex falling more than 150 points following correction in global peers on political turmoil in Italy.
The Nifty50 has broken 10,600 levels while all sectoral indices are in the red barring IT.
Banking & financials pulled the market lower as Nifty Bank and Financial Services indices lost nearly a percent.
Oil retailers IOC, HPCL and BPCL fell up to 3 percent after cut in fuel prices.
M&M, Coal India and Power Grid gained 2 percent each following March quarter earnings.
The 30-share BSE Sensex declined 171.66 points to 34,777.58 and the 50-share NSE Nifty slipped 62.10 points to 10,571.20. shares have advanced, 895 shares declined, and 86 shares are unchanged.

The
board of Fortis Healthcare on Tuesday mutually terminated Munjal-Burman's
offer and decided to call for fresh bids for sale of the company. The board
invited interested parties to submit fresh expression of interest (EOI) by
May 31. Based on the EOI submitted, the Board will shortlist the bidders on
June 1.

Coal
India on Tuesday reported a fall of over 52 percent in the net profit for
March quarter at Rs 1,295 crore. The company had posted a profit of Rs
2,919 crore for the corresponding quarter of last year. Its revenues fell
16 percent at Rs 26,909 crore against Rs 23,243 crore year on year.

Beverages is locked in lower circuit for the second straight day.The sharp
falls comes after the Deloitte Haskins and Sells resigned as auditor of the
company with effect from May 26, 2018.

Shares
of Larsen & Toubro (L&T) gains extending their 5% gain in the past
one week, after the company reported better than expected operational performance
in March 2018 (Q4FY18).

Shasun rose 2% to Rs 432, bouncing back from its early morning low after
the company made clarification on rumor regarding resignation of statutory
auditor. We
understand that there are unconfirmed rumors in the market relating to the
resignation of Statutory Auditors of the Company.

Shares
of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) have moved higher by 9% to Rs
86.45 per share on the BSE in noon deal after the state-owned company
reported a more than double standalone net profit of Rs 4.57 billion in
March quarter (Q4FY18). It had a profit of Rs 2.16 billion in the same
quarter last fiscal.
