एचडीएफसी एएमसी की शानदार लिस्टिंग

बाजार में आज एक और शेयर की लिस्टिंग हुई है। एचडीएफसी एएमसी ने एक्सचेंजों पर शानदार आगाज किया है। एनएसई पर एचडीएफसी एएमसी की लिस्टिंग करीब 57 फीसदी के प्रीमियम के साथ 1,726.25 रुपये पर हुई है। लिस्टिंग के बाद एचडीएफसी एएमसी ने 1,824 रुपये का उच्चतम स्तर बनाया। वहीं, एचडीएफसी एएमसी ने लिस्टिंग के लिए 1,100 रुपये प्रति शेयर का इश्यू प्राइस तय किया था।



एचडीएफसी एएमसी का इश्यू 83 गुना भरा था। आईपीओ से कंपनी ने 2,800 करोड़ रुपये जुटाए हैं। एचडीएफसी एएमसी के आईपीओ में 2.54 करोड़ शेयर बिके हैं। इस इश्यू के बाद एचडीएफसी एएमसी में एचडीएफसी का हिस्सा 57.3 फीसदी से घटकर 53.2 फीसदी रह जाएगा। वहीं स्टैंडर्ड लाइफ का हिस्सा 38.2 फीसदी से घटकर 30.2 फीसदी रह जाएगा।

Today's Stock Market Trading Tips-Sensex gains 300 pts, Nifty comfortably above 10,750; HDFC surges 4%

Equities on Monday began the week on a strong note, opening at record highs, while the Nifty began above 10,700 for the first time.
The Sensex is up 176.23 points or 0.51% at 34768.62, while the Nifty is up 46.30 points or 0.43% at 10727.60. The market breadth is positive as 840 shares advanced, against a decline of 160 shares, while 243 shares are unchanged.

HDFC, ICICI Bank and Tata Motors gained the most on both indices, while Infosys, M&M and Bharti Infratel were the top losers.
Capital First was up over 5 percent as investors cheered the merger announcement with IDFC Bank. The latter was trading around 3 percent lower.
The Indian rupee gained in the early trade on Monday. It has opened higher by 12 paise at 63.49 per dollar versus 63.61 Friday.
Pramit Brahmbhatt of Veracity said, "Rupee will remain under pressure. A technical pullback started from 63.30, may get extended till 63.80."
"Trading range for the spot USD-INR pair will be 63.50-63.80," he added.
Major indexes in Asia notched gains on Monday after Wall Street closed out last week at records and the dollar remained on the back foot.
The Nikkei 225 rose 0.54 percent as technology and financial names rose early in the session. Automakers proved to be a mixed picture.
Shares of SoftBank Group jumped 4.26 percent following news from Nikkei Asian Review that the company aimed to list SoftBank Corp., its mobile arm, both in Tokyo and abroad this year. The listing could raise around 2 trillion yen ($18 billion) for the company, Nikkei added.

Today's News on Indian Stock Market

Equity benchmarks recouped opening losses, with the Sensex reclaiming 31,000 level and Nifty 9,600.
Index heavyweights HDFC (up 2.3 percent), Reliance Industries (up 1.6 percent), HDFC Bank (up 1.06 percent) and ITC (up 0.3 percent) were top contributors to index gains.
The 30-share BSE Sensex was up 80.70 points at 31,108.91 and the 50-share NSE Nifty rose 22.55 points to 9,617.65.
About two shares advanced for every share falling on the BSE.
 Tech Mahindra lost over 12 percent intraday as investors reacted negatively to the company’s results.
The IT services major posted a consolidated net profit for the March quarter at Rs 589.7 crore, a fall of 30.2 percent against Rs 845 crore quarter on quarter.
A poll of analysts by CNBC-TV18 had pegged the net profit at Rs 788 crore.

The company’s consolidated rupee revenue came in around a percent lower at Rs 7,495 crore against Rs 7,557.5 crore QoQ.
Meanwhile, its dollar revenue came in higher by over a percent at USD 1,131.2 million against USD 1,116.1 million posted during the previous quarter.
Brokerages too had a negative outlook on the stock.
Equity benchmarks have seen correction in early trade Monday due to profit booking after hitting record highs in previous week. Weak earnings from Sun Pharma and Tech Mahindra also hit market sentiment.
The 30-share BSE Sensex was down 154.11 points at 30,874.10 and the 50-share NSE Nifty slipped 43 points to 9,552.10.
Sun Pharma and Tech Mahindra crashed around 8 percent post disappointing earnings. ITC, ONGC, M&M, ICICI Bank and Infosys were other early losers while BHEL, Cipla, Tata Motors, Wipro, Lupin, Vedanta, Dr Reddy's Labs, BPCL and Aurobindo Pharma were gainers.
The Indian rupee has opened at 64.48 against the US dollar.
Pramit Brahmbhatt of Veracity feels positive cues from the equity market will help rupee gain further and test 64.20 level.
He expects the USD-INR pair to trade in a range of 64.20-64.80 against the US dollar.
